Service details, scope, and pricing will be confirmed prior to appointment.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes are based on the information provided by the client, including home size, condition, and requested services.
Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from the original description.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
3. Scheduling and Access
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
Please ensure pets are secured and areas to be cleaned are accessible.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service termination.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We may accept various payment methods, including credit or debit cards.
Failure to submit payment may result in suspension of future services.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.
7. Limitation of Liability
